Common questions.
What exactly is the AI assistant?
It's an OpenClaw instance running on your own VPS, connected to Telegram. Think of it as a personal chief of staff — it can draft emails, summarize documents, run web research, manage reminders, build custom software, and carry on natural conversation. It's always on and gets smarter the more you use it.
What do I need before setup?
A computer (Mac or PC), a Telegram account, and a Claude subscription from Anthropic. We handle everything else during the setup call.
Do I need to know how to code?
Not at all. That's the whole point of your VPS technician — if something breaks, you tell Claude Code to fix it and it handles the technical side.
What happens after the 14-day support window?
You own everything, so you can keep using your agents forever. If you need help after 14 days, we offer support on a paid basis. But most people are self-sufficient by then — especially with the VPS technician doing the heavy lifting.
Is my data private?
Completely. Your agent runs on your own server with your own accounts. We don't have access after setup, and we don't collect any analytics or telemetry. Your conversations stay between you and your agent.
Can I add more integrations later?
Yes. Your agent supports thousands of integrations through skills and tools — email, calendar, CRM, and more. Check out the Skills Directory to see some of what's available.
Can't I just set it up myself?
You can — it's open source. But every self-install we've seen has security gaps: exposed credentials, no audit trail, no sandbox. The installation is straightforward; the hardening is where most people need help. If you've already set it up, we'll audit your security and fix what's missing.
VPS or Mac Mini?
Most clients use a cloud VPS ($5–10/mo) — more secure, easier to maintain, and we handle it remotely. Mac Mini is for those who need iMessage integration or prefer owning the hardware (~$600 at cost).
Do you do multi-agent deployments?
Not yet — but we're actively building this service. Think dedicated agents for different roles: a CEO bot for email and calendar, a Sales bot for CRM and outreach, a Finance bot for invoices and reporting. We hope to offer it soon.
